Alex is a CPA and former public-company finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading accounting, M&A, and operational finance across construction, sports, staffing, and logistics. He’s built and scaled finance functions from the ground up—serving as CFO for national firms and advising founders through high-stakes decisions, audits, and exits. Known for his calm under pressure and eye for detail, Alex helps clients turn financial chaos into clarity.

He’s led financial planning for high-growth companies including the Miami Heat and Alchemy Global, where he drove capital planning, system implementation, and revenue strategy. Marcelo thrives at the intersection of data and decision-making—bringing structure, insight, and calm to fast-moving businesses.
